What you’ll get up to: As Campaign and Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the creation and delivery of commercially focused national and local marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with shopping centre teams, local partners, communities, and internal teams to create campaigns that drive footfall, bookings and brilliant guest experiences across the UK. You’ll be an excellent project manager owning multiple campaigns at once and keeping everything on track from briefing, timelines, approvals, budget and delivery. You’ll ensure the right people and teams are aligned at the right time, and that campaigns land smoothly across all venues. As the voice of the brand, you’ll engage directly with guests across social media, manage feedback with care and professionalism, and use guest and competitor insight to improve both the commercial outcomes and the overall guest experience. This hybrid role spans national brand campaigns, site launches, and local activations. You’ll plan and deliver commercially focused marketing campaigns managing workload across cross‑functional teams while driving footfall, bookings and brilliant guest experiences.

A commercially driven marketer who loves seeing campaigns turn into real‑world footfall, bookings and revenue. You’re highly organised with strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering national campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes. You enjoy owning end‑to‑end marketing, from planning through to hands‑on delivery and optimisation, focusing on brilliant attention to detail. You understand how to market a multi‑site, experience and values‑led brand adapting locally while protecting the core brand. You’re comfortable being the voice of the brand, responding to guests with warmth, clarity and professionalism. You’re skilled in partnership building, negotiations, and converting collaborations into revenue. You genuinely care about delivering a brilliant guest experience and using feedback to make things even better. You actively use guest, competitor and market insight to sharpen campaigns, activity and messaging and on‑site activation.
