Through amazing detail, quality, storytelling and technology, we transport our guests to a world where ancient spirits stir, nature glows and where every moment is extraordinary. What you’ll get up to:
- Managing shifts day to day to keep things running smoothly
- Managing team on shift to pre-empt guest patterns, and exceed guest expectations
- Encouraging team to give personal recommendations to guests, upselling and cross selling food and drink where possible
- Maintaining high standards across our jungle
