We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Treeton Auto Services.

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working around cars, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, you’ll fit right in with our team.

What you will be doing:

  • Welcoming customers and understanding their service needs
  • Explaining repairs and services clearly and honestly
  • Preparing estimates and job quotations
  • Handling payments accurately and professionally
  • Recommending additional services where appropriate
  • Working closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
  • Ordering and managing parts
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
