Percival are excited to be working exclusively with Trees for Cities to help them appoint a new Grants and Reporting Manager (Statutory and Philanthropy) to join their growing team. In this role you manage a portfolio of grants and donor funding agreements to ensure they successfully deliver and communicate their work in compliance with funders’ agreements and expectations, charitable regulations, and their strategy.

Title: Grants and Reporting Manager (Statutory and Philanthropy)

Salary: £39,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Full Time

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: London, hybrid with two days a week in the office.

The post holder will be responsible for Grant Management (35%), Reporting and Project Information (35%), Fundraising (10%), Finance (10%), and Business Planning and Strategy (10%). This role will be essential in supporting Tree for Cities and adding capacity to the fundraising team as they seek to grow and bring in additional lottery, grant and statutory funding.

They are looking for a fundraiser with extensive experience reporting back on six figure plus grants to donor organisations, including the National Lottery Community Fund and the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible and hit the ground running.
