Our client has been in business for over 10 years and is one of the leading floor installers in Massachusetts. They work with both residential home owners and commercial business owners to handle all their flooring needs. They were recently acquired and under their new leadership, they have doubled in sales in the last two years. Due to their success they are are searching for a talented sales professional, familiar with in-home sales, to join their team.
Job Description:
- The Outside Sales Representative will be spending about 75% of their time focused on the residential market and 25% of their time on commercial B2B sales opportunities.
- The Outside Sales Representative will identify and target potential customers through referrals, networking and cold-calling/knocking but 75% of their time will be spent working warm inbound leads.
- The Outside Sales Representative will be tasked with selling in-home and providing consulting and pricing information to close deals and hit sales objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, with a preference for candidates coming from in-home sales or B2C sales.
- Ability to engage with potential customers and customize your sales approach to win their confidence and their business.
- Upbeat, positive and outgoing personality with the ability to work independently
Location: This is an outside, territory sales position where candidates will be in the field meeting with home-owners and business owners throughout Massachusetts, with a primarily focus on MetroWest and North Shore opportunities. Ideal candidates will be located between Natick, MA and Burlington, MA.
