The Eaton Oak is conveniently placed on the outskirts of St Neots in close proximity of the A1. After an extensive recent refurbishment, we are now a beautiful family-friendly everyday pub with quality accommodation.
Position
Your role as chef:
- Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards, therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion.
- Taking PRIDE in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls.
- Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions.
- Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 6 months chef experience.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
