The Eaton Oak is conveniently placed on the outskirts of St Neots in close proximity of the A1. After an extensive recent refurbishment, we are now a beautiful family-friendly everyday pub with quality accommodation.

Position

Your role as chef:

  1. Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards, therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion.
  2. Taking PRIDE in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
  3. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  4. Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls.
  5. Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions.
  6. Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  1. Minimum 6 months chef experience.
  2. Ability to work on your own initiative.
  3. Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you.
  4. A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best.
