We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our Reception, Night Team and Public Area Cleaning teams at Treehouse Hotel London.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing colleagues and maintaining the high standards expected of our unique lifestyle hotel.

Treehouse Hotel London is a playful, one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel high above Marylebone, inspired by the sense of adventure and freedom of childhood treehouses. Warm, nostalgic and full of unexpected details, Treehouse brings together spectacular London views, imaginative spaces and destination dining at Madera and rooftop bar The Nest, creating a hotel experience that's anything but ordinary.

• Lead, motivate and develop the Reception, Nights and Public Area Cleaning teams.
• Ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, service and security.
• Manage guest feedback, complaints and service recovery.
• Oversee team scheduling, payroll, training and performance.
• Drive upselling, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with all departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
