About the Role
As the Room Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3–4 educators and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in shaping children's early experiences and creating a nurturing and purposeful learning environment.
As part of our Outstanding nursery, you will:
- Lead your team in planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities linked to the EYFS and our sequenced curriculum, supporting each child’s holistic development.
- Embed the rights-respecting approach in everyday practice, promoting kindness, empathy and respect among children and staff.
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment in collaboration with your team.
- Take an active role in professional development and support a culture of continuous improvement across the setting.
You will be expected to model and uphold the Treehouse HEART Core Behaviour Framework at all times, and your ability to demonstrate this will form a key part of the interview process.

We are looking for a Level 3 and above qualified Room Manager with:
- Experience in implementing an Outstanding EYFS Curriculum.
