About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, forward-thinking leader with extensive experience in Montessori education and a proven track record of achieving Outstanding Ofsted results. You will play a pivotal role in setting up and managing the new preschool, building a strong team, creating a high-quality learning environment, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the setting.

Who We’re Looking For?
- Level 6 and above.
- Experience in implementing an exceptional and evidence led based EYFS Curriculum.
- Montessori Diploma or Certificate from an accredited training provider.
- Experience in working amongst outstanding Ofsted.
- A commitment to promoting the rights and voices of children.
- Creativity, empathy, and a passion for fostering curiosity and independence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bring energy, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds.
- Implement Marias Montessori principles throughout the nursery.
