As part of our outstanding nursery, you will:

Who We’re Looking For?
We are looking for a Level 3 and above Montessori Senior Educator with:
- Experience in implementing an Outstanding EYFS framework.
- A commitment to promoting the rights and voices of children.
- Montessori qualification (AMI, MCI, or equivalent).
- Experience working in a Montessori setting.
- Passionate about early years education and child‑led learning.
- Creativity, empathy, and a passion for fostering curiosity and independence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bringing energy, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds.
