Treehouse Nursery School in East London is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled Early Years Educator (Term-Time Only). As a UNICEF rights‑respecting nursery committed to fostering personal, emotional and social growth, we’re seeking a professional who shares our vision to join our dedicated team. At Treehouse, we are proud to be a Rights Respecting Nursery School, embedding the principles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) into every aspect of our practice. We nurture children’s understanding of their rights, ensuring they feel valued, heard and empowered within a supportive and inclusive environment. About the Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and our sequenced curriculum, fostering children’s holistic development.
  • Actively integrate rights‑respecting principles into everyday learning, encouraging respect and empathy among children.
  • Work alongside a dedicated group of educators to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in training opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £28,000 (pro rata for term‑time).
  • Contract: Term‑time only (approx. 39 weeks per year), offering excellent work‑life balance.
