About the Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and our sequenced curriculum, supporting children’s holistic development.
- Actively embed rights-respecting principles into daily practice, encouraging respect, empathy, and positive relationships.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children during key routines, including breakfast, after-school provision, play opportunities, and transitions.
- Participate in training and reflective practice, contributing to the continuous improvement of our provision.

Who We’re Looking For:
- We are looking for a Level 2 and Level 3-qualified Early Years Educator who has experience delivering high-quality practice within an Outstanding EYFS framework.
- A strong commitment to promoting children’s rights and amplifying children’s voices.
- Creativity, empathy, and a genuine passion for nurturing curiosity and independence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

What We Offer
- Salary: £26,624 to £30,500 per annum, depending on qualification and experience.
