Treehouse Nursery School in East London is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled Early Years Educator. About the Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and our sequenced curriculum, supporting children’s holistic development.
  • Actively embed rights-respecting principles into daily practice, encouraging respect, empathy, and positive relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support children during key routines, including breakfast, after-school provision, play opportunities, and transitions.
  • Participate in training and reflective practice, contributing to the continuous improvement of our provision.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • We are looking for a Level 2 and Level 3-qualified Early Years Educator who has experience delivering high-quality practice within an Outstanding EYFS framework.
  • A strong commitment to promoting children’s rights and amplifying children’s voices.
  • Creativity, empathy, and a genuine passion for nurturing curiosity and independence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.

  • Salary: £26,624 to £30,500 per annum, depending on qualification and experience.
