- DirectexperienceworkinginorleadingtowardsanOfstedinspection.YouunderstandwhatExceptionallookslikeinpractice,notjustonpaper,andyouholdyourselfandyourteamtothatstandardeveryday.
- ExperienceasaDesignatedSafeguardingLeadorDeputyDSL,withsafeguardingtrainingthatiscurrentandembeddedineverythingyoudo.
