The Guest Experience Curator's primary role is to play a central role within the commercial function of Treehouse Manchester, supporting revenue generation across multiple business streams while ensuring strong administrative coordination, guest conversion and commercial responsiveness.

A key priority of the role will be driving and managing restaurant reservations activity, helping maximise covers, improve conversion of dining enquiries and support the commercial success of the hotel's food and beverage outlets and events business.

The role is designed to support the hotel's evolution into a lifestyle-led hospitality destination, with major contribution to the sales of ancillary revenue streams including:
