Treehouse Hotel London is seeking a Sales Manager – Corporates and Groups to drive revenue through proactive sales activity, client relationship building, and positioning the hotel as a leading destination for corporate and group business in London.
About the Role
As Sales Manager – Corporate and Groups, you will identify and develop key corporate accounts, agencies, consortia, TMCs, and group opportunities through direct sales activity, networking, client engagement, and relationship management. You will promote the hotel within the London market, conduct sales appointments and site visits, attend networking and industry events, and collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, Revenue, Reservations and Operations teams to maximise occupancy, ADR and overall commercial performance.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience managing corporate and/or group accounts
- Strong knowledge of the London hotel market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience using hotel systems and CRM platforms

- Existing London corporate client network
- Experience within lifestyle or luxury hotel brands
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
