As a Security Officer, you’ll be the calm, confident presence that ensures smooth operations and peace of mind across the property.
You’ll safeguard our guests, colleagues, and hotel assets by conducting regular patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents with professionalism and urgency.
Whether you’re resolving complaints, enforcing access control, or supporting emergency procedures, you’ll help maintain a secure and memorable guest experience.
This is a hands-on role that involves being on your feet, so you’ll bring a positive attitude and the stamina to support our fast-paced environment.
About You…
You’ll be an individual who thrives on responsibility, operates with integrity, and is comfortable being the go-to person in high-pressure moments.
We’re looking for someone who has
- Previous experience in a similar security role (hospitality or customer-facing setting ideal)
- A calm, professional manner and ability to de-escalate tense situations
- High attention to detail and strong situational awareness
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- The flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24-hour operation
- SIA License (desirable) and basic First Aid knowledge
