Who This Is For

This talent pool is only for professionals who:

  • Have 3+ years of total professional experience, AND
  • Are either:
  • Returning to work after a career break (parenting, health, caregiving, relocation, sabbatical), or
  • Switching industries or functions (e.g. finance → climate tech, academia → product, government → operations)

This pool is not for:
