Who This Is For
This talent pool is only for professionals who:
- Have 3+ years of total professional experience, AND
- Are either: Returning to work after a career break (parenting, health, caregiving, relocation, sabbatical), or Switching industries or functions (e.g. finance → climate tech, academia → product, government → operations)
This pool is not for:
- Students or early-career talent (see Internship Programme)
