Role Purpose & Responsibilities: Treefera is a dynamic organisation focused on efficiency, team unity, and a positive work environment. We seek someone highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and adept at prioritising and handling communication with discretion. This role suits someone who enjoys a flexible, fast-paced setting and values autonomy. We are building something exceptional and need a team member who will help keep the Founders focused, streamlining the way we operate, and creating an environment where a fast-growing team can do their best work.
Must-have requirements:
- 2 years' experience as an EA, PA or Team Assistant, with exposure to office management in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Confident managing complex, ever-changing diaries for two Founders.
- Highly organised with strong time management and a natural ability to anticipate what's needed before being asked.
- Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal) with sharp attention to detail.
- Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and trusted with sensitive information.
- Comfortable juggling competing priorities and adapting quickly when things shift.
- Self-sufficient and proactive - someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be directed.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack and similar productivity tools.
- A genuine team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and support wherever needed.
- Creative when it comes to team engagement - bringing fresh ideas to socials and initiatives that bring people together.
- Someone who takes pride in making the office a place people genuinely enjoy coming to.

What the job involves:
Executive Support:
- Direct EA support to the Founder & CEO and Co-Founder & CRO.
- Managing complex, fast-moving diaries — scheduling and prioritising meetings across multiple time zones and adapting plans at short notice.
- Arranging travel, accommodation and logistics for business trips end to end.
- Preparing agendas, briefing notes and presentations ahead of key meetings.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact between the executives and internal and external stakeholders.
Office Management:
- Planning and coordinating team events, workshops and away days that bring people together and keep morale high.
- Supporting new starter onboarding - from equipment and account setup to making sure their first day feels seamless.
- Keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly, topping up the snacks and drinks, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment for the team and visitors.
- Handling mail, deliveries and document distribution as required.
- Coordinating office moves or reconfigurations when needed.
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week. The postholder is expected to be present in the London office for a minimum of 2 days per week, with the remaining day worked remotely at the discretion of the line manager.
