Due to continued growth, TREECO are seeking a full time experienced lead climber to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to work on a varied portfolio of domestic, commercial and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will undertake all aspects of arboricultural operations including tree felling, tree dismantling, pruning, crown reductions, sectional felling, aerial inspections and emergency call-out work.
You will work alongside skilled grounds staff and climbers using modern equipment and industry-leading techniques while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
Excellent rates of pay, with salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

- Minimum 2 years climbing experience
- NPTC/LANTRA Chainsaw Maintenance & Cross Cutting
- NPTC/LANTRA Felling & Processing Trees
- NPTC/LANTRA Tree Climbing & Aerial Rescue
- NPTC/LANTRA Aerial Cutting with a Chainsaw
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good understanding of current industry best practice and health & safety requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Category C1/C Driving Licence
- Utility Arboriculture experience
- Health & Safety qualification(s)
- Rigging qualifications and experience
- CSCS card
- Experience working on commercial and infrastructure contracts
