About the role: Join our dynamic Fundraising team at Tree Aid in Bristol! As a Fundraising Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fundraising efforts across individual giving, corporate partnerships, high-value donors, and trusts. Your responsibilities will include managing donor correspondence, processing donations, and assisting with fundraising campaigns. You'll work closely with various team members to deliver engaging communications and cultivate new supporters. The role will require working from the Bristol office at least 4 days each week with an option to work remotely for 1 day.
Main duties: Working with the Fundraising team, the Fundraising Assistant’s role will include:
- Providing vital administrative support to the whole Fundraising team.
- Assisting with the cultivation and engagement of new Tree Aid supporters and corporate partners.
- Supporting the creation of engaging communications for supporters and corporate partners.
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for current, new and potential supporters who make enquiries by telephone, email and post.
- Processing online, postal and phone donations and maintaining accurate records on the database.
