We\’re looking for a proactive and passionate Aftersales Advisor to join our warranty team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement combining both remote-working and time spent in our Support Centre in Fforestfach.
As a Aftersales Advisor you will be responsible for managing and resolving warranty claims for bikes, e-bikes, and cycling equipment. You\’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all claims are processed efficiently and fairly, supporting our commitment to quality and service.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Responding and assisting after-sales customers through telephone, live chat and email correspondence.
- Using technical knowledge to assess and process warranty claims in accordance with company and manufacturer policies.
- Log, track, and manage claims via internal systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain authorisations, replacements, or credits.
- Provide technical advice and after-sales support to customers regarding product faults and repairs.
- Coordinate product returns and repairs with the workshop and logistics teams.
- Monitor trends in warranty issues
- Educate customers on product care, maintenance, and warranty terms to prevent avoidable claims.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a warranty, after-sales, or customer support role—ideally in the cycling or retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal teams.
- A customer-first mindset with a solution-focused approach.
- Displaying an empathetic nature whilst actively listening.
