Role Overview
As a Client Partner, you'll work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to nurture and expand relationships with our strategic retail clients. You'll champion delivery excellence, uncover new growth opportunities, and create lasting impact by helping our clients achieve their business goals. You will act as the bridge between business, delivery, and solution teams — ensuring that advanced AI and data-driven solutions translate into measurable business impact for global retail clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions.
- Support senior account leadership in managing key retail engagements and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and track agreed business outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
- Business Growth Support
- Work closely with senior account managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Contribute to proposals, statements of work (SoWs), and solution offerings.
- Develop domain-specific insights, case studies, and client presentations.
- Monitor account health metrics — revenue contribution, utilization, and client satisfaction.
- Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with Practice, Delivery, and Sales teams on client strategy.
- Contribute to domain points of view and reusable assets for retail clients.
- Delivery Oversight
- Partner with project and delivery leads to ensure engagements run smoothly, on time, and within scope.
- Track delivery milestones, flag risks early, and drive issue resolution.
- Ensure consistent solution delivery aligned to client expectations.
Desired Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in client engagement, delivery management, or account coordination within consulting, IT services, Data /AI and digital transformation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution in a matrixed environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
