As a Payment Solution Business Developer, you will be a driving force in a high-growth strategic area of the business. You will be responsible for the deployment and expansion of our POS (Point of Sale) and payment solutions, primarily focusing on our existing merchant base while identifying new market opportunities. This is a consultative, high-energy role where you will bridge the gap between software and fintech to help partners streamline their operations.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Revenue Growth: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for POS solutions, focusing on both new acquisitions and upselling/cross-selling within the current customer portfolio.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a subject matter expert, helping partners identify and implement the payment solutions best suited to their specific business needs.
- Strategic Contribution: Play a key role in refining our POS sales strategy, providing "on-the-ground" feedback to leadership to optimize our commercial hook.
- Industry Leadership: Bring deep industry expertise and best practices to the wider sales team, acting as a mentor for complex payment-related queries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Account Management, and Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high activation rates.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently monitor your sales pipeline and activation metrics, ensuring all "signed" deals move through to active, revenue-generating partners.
About You
- Proven experience in POS or Payment Solution sales is essential.
