Overview

We\’re looking for a Local Marketing Manager (UK & Ireland) to help Treatwell grow awareness, consideration, and advocacy among salon owners and stylists. This role is all about building Treatwell\’s industry profile, creating community ties, and producing content and communications that inspire our existing partners and the future. You\’ll be the local champion who makes Treatwell the most trusted, loved, and recognised partner for salons in the UK & Ireland.

What You\’ll Do

  • Drive awareness & consideration: Build and execute local marketing campaigns that put Treatwell front-of-mind for salon owners and stylists.
  • Manage local industry social media accounts, working with influencers and content creators both b2c and b2b.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across events, PR, partnerships, and digital channels.
  • Strengthen industry profile: Position Treatwell as the category leader through thought leadership, PR, and presence at industry events.
  • Responsible for creating a series of events for our partners, and Treatwell\’s presence at trade or 3rd party fairs.
  • Build relationships with key associations, influencers, and partners across the UK & Ireland.
  • Create a regular feed of ambassador content and testimonials for broadcast purposes.
  • Build community & advocacy: Create meaningful connections with salons β€” both online and offline β€” through content, meetups, and community initiatives.
  • Launch initiatives that turn salon owners and stylists into Treatwell advocates.
  • Drive community management on and off our social accounts.
  • Create inspiring content & comms: Produce content (social, newsletters, case studies, webinars) that excites salons and reflects Treatwell\’s brand.
  • Communicate key Treatwell updates to partners in engaging and impactful ways.
  • Work closely with the central brand and comms teams to ensure local relevance and consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with sales, account management, and central marketing to align campaigns with growth goals. Use insights and data to measure impact and refine activity.
  • Create a feedback loop of competitor intelligence and insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (ideally in B2B, tech, or industry-focused roles).
  • Strong track record of building community engagement and running integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent communicator with experience in content creation, PR, and event management.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
  • Creative, resourceful, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial focus.
