Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Leader to join our growing team. The Inbound Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of our inbound team, reporting directly to the Head of Inside Sales. The Inbound Team Leader will play a critical role in managing and optimising the performance of our inbound sales team. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, increasing sales & conversion rates, ensuring all leads are called promptly and providing support to ensure the team achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inbound sales representatives to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and high-quality sales & service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and conflict resolution skills, ensuring timely resolution to customer issues.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales capabilities.
- Utilise customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, resolve customer issues, and improve the quality of sales and service.
- Develop and implement training programs to onboard new team members and enhance the skills of existing team members.
- Analyse performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of professionalism and ethical behaviour among team members.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture that promotes collaboration, open communication, and a customer-centric mindset.
