Overview
For us to succeed in digitising the hair and beauty industry, we have a highly driven Customer Success team ready to drive high engagement and performance with our salon partner base specifically during their early months at Treatwell, and more widely during the rest of their partnership with us. We\’re ambitious and have big growth plans in store for our UK market. With this in mind, we need to support our new partners in being successful, ensuring their onboarding experience is seamless, and delivering an excellent customer experience once they have completed their onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new salon partners and support them with any queries necessary to activate them on our marketplace
- Educate and coach salon owners and their teams on how to digitise their business, utilising the tools we provide them
- Understand our partner\’s needs and identify the most effective training tools to create sticky engagement, making sure our Salons understand the full benefit of adopting our technology
- Identify specific needs and pain points to eliminate the risk of unsuccessful partners, setting them up for success
- Closely collaborate with Inside Sales and Field Sales to ensure new deals go live promptly and smoothly
- Support existing partners that have completed their onboarding process with their queries, specifically working with our CX team on more complex cases or supporting the Retention team with recently retained partners
- A product expert – being able to confidently educate our salon partners on the best ways to use the software and generate revenue from our SaaS enabled marketplace
- Patient and able to adapt your style to match the needs of our partners
- Persuasive and resilient, you\’ll advocate the benefits of the online world, and find the best tools to create excitement and commitment in our partners
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, and like to deep dive into processes to find opportunities to improve ways of working
- You are able to translate partner\’s feedback into internal requests to improve our product and value proposition
- Strong communicator, able to build rapport with both partner and colleagues
- A team player, motivated by the success of the team as well as your individual performance
- Objective driven, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Problem solver with a proven commitment to seeing things through and achieving long-term results, demonstrated by longevity and success in previous roles
