  • Nail the Briefs: Ensure our stakeholder briefs are clear & complete so our creative team can get straight to the creative.
  • Keeping us organised: Ensure every creative project is managed and tracked correctly in our project management system and ensure all files are saved correctly within the Google Drive.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (brand, product, performance, and more) to make sure our creative assets perform & drive results.
  • External partners and content: Be the key point of contact for our external creative studio partners (freelancers, printers, agencies) and manage external creative assets from content creators, influencers and other collaborators to ensure files are correctly delivered, organised and usage is clear for the business.
  • Lead the Creative Huddle: Run our weekly status meetings and make sure everyone’s aligned, know what they are doing and ready to roll.
  • Tools & processes: Finding the best ways of working and improving processes and tools with the team when needed and keeping up to date with AI solutions.

2+ years of experience in creative project management, creative operations, or production management, ideally within a brand or agency setting.
