At Treatwell, we believe self-care should be effortless. And we\’re on a mission to make booking beauty and wellness treatments as easy as ordering your morning flat white.
We\’re building an in-house creative studio to match our ambition; and we\’re looking for a Creative Lead to shape the way we show up in the world.
Reporting to our Head of Brand, you\’ll lead the creative direction of our brand across 15 European markets; working across brand campaigns, digital performance, product comms, content, and more. From big-picture ideas to headline-level detail, you\’ll set the standard, push the work, and help the team grow.
This is a copy-first, concept-led role. You\’ll be the creative voice in the room; setting the tone, writing the lines, and making sure our ideas don\’t just look good, but land with clarity, wit, and purpose. You\’ll collaborate across teams and disciplines, balancing brand thinking with business goals – and turning briefs into work that works.
We\’re not looking for someone to just keep the engine running. We\’re looking for someone to help us reimagine how Treatwell communicates, connects, and grows.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading creative across the brand: Campaigns, launches, content, paid, CRM, internal comms – you\’ll help shape how we show up, wherever we show up.
- Managing and mentoring the creative team: Designers, writers, editors, motion – you\’ll set direction, build capabilities, and help them do the best work of their careers.
- Being the go-to for big briefs: You\’ll lead on our major campaigns and cross-functional projects, from concept through to final delivery.
- Setting the tone: You\’ll write headlines, taglines, and scripts that feel sharp, clear, and unmistakably Treatwell – and guide others to do the same.
- Championing creative consistency: Across all touchpoints, you\’ll help maintain and evolve a brand that feels cohesive, modern, and built for scale.
- Collaborating across the business: You\’ll work closely with brand, marketing, product, and performance teams to make sure creative thinking is baked into every part of the journey.
- Keeping it digital-first: You understand the mechanics of paid social, email, web, and performance design – and how to adapt great creative for every format.
About You
- 6+ years\’ experience in a creative role, with time spent leading teams in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
- A portfolio that shows sharp creative thinking across campaigns, content, and digital channels – with copy-led ideas at the heart.
- Proven experience leading in-house teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to bring structure, clarity and calm to a fast-paced setup.
- A hands-on leader; just as comfortable crafting the work as you are guiding others.
- A passion for brand-building; with a strong visual eye and a strategic head.
- Portfolio required: we\’re looking for big ideas, sharp thinking, and beautifully crafted work. Show us campaigns you\’ve led, platforms you\’ve built, and creative that made an impact. We want to see how you think, how you lead, and how you bring a brand to life across channels. Strategy, storytelling, execution; bring it all.
