We\’re looking for a Content Creator who gets the internet. Someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram Reels, knows how to catch a trend before it peaks, and can turn brand stories into scroll-stopping, platform-native content. From paid ads to organic magic, this role is all about crafting creative that doesn\’t just perform – it pops off.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Making content that clicks: You\’ll create videos, Reels, and social-first content that grabs attention and drives action – whether it\’s a viral moment or a perfectly optimised paid asset.
- Working across paid + organic: You understand the difference (and the overlap) between brand buzz and performance punch. You\’ll create content that works beautifully across both.
- Filming, editing, creating: From scrappy in-house shoots to lo-fi phone edits and polished reels – you\’ll be hands-on from concept to final cut. You\’re a full stack pro.
- Directing with vision: You\’ll take the lead on shoots – whether it\’s an iPhone in the studio or something more built-out – guiding talent, styling, and setups to bring the brand to life in a way that feels fresh, fast, and platform-native.
- Trendspotting & trendsetting: You\’ve got your finger on the pulse of what\’s hot, what\’s overdone, and what\’s next. You\’ll turn insights into ideas – and ideas into standout content.
- Local meets global: You\’ll collaborate with teams across Europe to ensure our content hits the right notes in every market – culturally, visually, and emotionally.
- Plugging into the team: You\’ll work closely with our brand, design, and performance teams to co-create assets that are strategic, on-brand, and scroll-stopping.
About You
- A social-first creative with serious content chops.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and what works (and doesn\’t) on each.
- Confident behind a camera and in a scrappy edit – bonus if you\’ve got motion or After Effects in your back pocket.
- A nose for trends, an eye for design, and a gut feel for what works.
- Experience creating content for both organic and paid channels – understanding what makes a brand sing and a CTR soar.
- Comfortable working at pace and turning ideas into output, fast.
- Excited by beauty, wellness, and turning everyday moments into thumb-stopping stories.
- Portfolio required – whether you\’ve built your own audience or created standout content for someone else, we want to see the work that shows your thinking, creativity and craft in action. No need for glossy decks – TikToks, Reels, carousels, lo-fi edits welcome.
