We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to support our continued growth and strengthen our Finance organisation, acting as a key business partner in strategic decision-making. As Commercial Finance Manager, reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you'll partner closely with the CFO, Regional Directors, and functional leads across Marketing, Product, and Operations. You'll provide strategic financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support decisions that drive profitability and long-term growth. You Will Be Responsible For:
- Partner with the Head of Commercial Finance and CFO to drive performance and deliver actionable insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for assigned business areas
- Develop and evaluate business cases for new initiatives (e.g. marketing optimisation and market expansion)
- Provide financial analysis and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations to ensure financial transparency and accountability
- Contribute to the development of Treatwell's Finance Business Partnering framework
About You:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 5+ years' experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent), with strong core financial skills
- Proven track record in Marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS environments
- Able to work at pace, with energy and curiosity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Strong financial acumen and proven ability to deliver data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions
- Demonstrated success in P&L management and financial planning
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence with BI / financial tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Anaplan)
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to partner effectively with Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Hands-on, "get things done" attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Analytical, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior level
