Sitting with the Global brand team, you'll be the most senior designer within our in-house Creative Studio.

You'll lead the design team, set the visual standard and remain deeply hands-on in creating the work.

This isn't a traditional Design Lead role where you'll direct from a distance.

You'll be a practising designer who loves developing concepts, getting into the detail and turning ideas into beautifully crafted, effective creative.

Working across 13 European markets, you'll lead design for major brand campaigns, product launches, paid and organic social, CRM, content and digital experiences.

You'll balance strong creative instincts with commercial thinking, ensuring our work is distinctive, relevant and built to perform.

You'll help us evolve how Treatwell shows up in the world, while developing a talented team and creating the conditions for them to do the best work of their careers.

You will be responsible for

  • Leading design across the brand: Setting the creative and visual direction across integrated campaigns, launches, content, paid media, CRM, internal communications and other key brand touchpoints.
  • Creating exceptional work: Personally concepting, designing and delivering high-priority creative alongside the team.

You'll remain close to the tools, the craft and the detail from the first idea through to final execution.

  • Leading and developing the design team: Managing, mentoring and upskilling designers and motion designers, providing clear direction and constructive feedback that raises the quality of the team's work.
  • Owning our biggest creative briefs: Leading major campaigns and cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, including work across TV, OOH, digital and social.
  • Setting and protecting the design standard: Ensuring every piece of work feels distinctive, cohesive and unmistakably Treatwell, while continuing to evolve our visual identity and design systems.
  • Connecting creativity with performance: Understanding when exceptional craft will build the brand and when platform-native creative will drive attention, engagement and action.
  • Designing for digital channels: Creating and guiding work across paid social, organic social, CRM, web and other digital formats, with a strong understanding of how design needs to flex across platforms and objectives.
  • Connecting product and brand: Working closely with Product and Marketing to build a stronger visual connection between the Treatwell brand, app and wider customer experience.
  • Collaborating across the business: Partnering with Brand, Marketing, Product, Performance and local market teams to turn strategic and commercial objectives into compelling creative work.
  • Improving how the studio works: Helping the team prioritise effectively, give and receive better feedback, use new tools intelligently and deliver high-quality work at pace.
  • You have 7+ years of experience in senior design roles, with experience leading or managing designers in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • You're an exceptional, hands-on designer with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual thinking, original ideas and beautifully crafted execution.
  • You have significant experience developing and delivering integrated brand campaigns across channels such as TV, OOH, digital, social and CRM.
  • You're confident taking a project from an early strategic brief through concept development, design and final delivery.
  • You've successfully led and developed in-house designers, raising both individual capability and the overall standard of creative output.
  • You're just as comfortable designing the work yourself as you are setting direction, presenting ideas and giving clear feedback to others.
  • You understand how to build a distinctive brand while creating digital and performance-led work that delivers against commercial goals.
  • You can bring clarity, structure and calm to a busy studio without compromising ambition or creative quality.
  • You're confident collaborating with senior stakeholders and explaining the thinking behind your creative decisions.
  • You're curious about new technology and how AI and emerging tools can improve creative development and production without compromising craft.
