At Treatwell, we believe self-care should be effortless. We’re on a mission to make booking beauty and wellness treatments as easy as ordering your morning flat white.
But our marketplace only works because of the brilliant professionals behind it.
From independent hairdressers and beauty therapists to growing salon groups, we help more than 95,000 partners run their businesses, reach new clients and spend more time doing what they do best.
We’re looking for a B2B Brand Manager to lead how Treatwell shows up to the professional beauty industry across Europe.
Reporting to our Head of Brand, you’ll own our B2B brand and brand marketing strategy, building Treatwell’s reputation as the partner that helps beauty businesses succeed.
You’ll turn our proposition into campaigns, content, experiences and stories that resonate with both existing partners and the salons we want to join us next.
This is a broad, hands-on role spanning strategy and execution.
You’ll build advocacy programmes, lead European events and trade shows, develop B2B campaigns and work closely with local teams to bring the salon partner community to life.
You’ll understand how to build a brand, but you’ll also care about what the work delivers.
You’ll use performance data, partner insight and experimentation to continually strengthen our message, content and impact.
You will be responsible for
- Owning our B2B brand strategy: Lead the development and activation of Treatwell’s B2B brand proposition, messaging and narrative across Europe.
- Building a brand the industry believes in: Establish Treatwell as a credible, distinctive and valuable voice within the professional hair, beauty and wellness industry.
- Creating campaigns that drive growth: Develop integrated B2B campaigns that build awareness, consideration and demand among new and prospective salon partners.
- Turning partners into advocates: Build and scale ambassador, influencer and advocacy programmes that put real industry voices at the heart of our marketing.
- Leading our events strategy: Own Treatwell’s presence at events, trade shows and industry moments across Europe, from strategy and creative concept through to activation and measurement.
- Activating our partner community: Work with local marketing and marketing teams to create market-relevant initiatives that engage salon partners, strengthen relationships and bring the Treatwell community together.
- Driving B2B storytelling: Find and tell compelling stories about our partners, our technology and the future of the industry across campaigns, content, PR and owned channels.
- Creating content that performs: Lead the development and optimisation of B2B content and advertising across organic and paid social, using insights and testing to improve relevance, engagement and conversion.
- Experimenting and learning: Test new messages, formats, channels and creative approaches, using AI and emerging tools to accelerate production, learn faster and scale what works.
- Building our industry reputation: Partner closely with the PR Manager to develop thought leadership, partner stories, industry commentary and moments that strengthen Treatwell’s authority and influence.
- Improving the partner experience: Shape offline and printed brand touchpoints, including welcome packs, event materials, sales collateral and partner communications.
- Connecting global and local: Create clear strategies, toolkits and assets that give local teams the flexibility to activate effectively while strengthening one consistent Treatwell brand.
- Measuring brand impact: Define success metrics and report on the contribution of B2B brand activity to awareness, reputation, engagement, partner acquisition and retention.
- Working cross-functionally: Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Content, Social, PR, Product Marketing, Commercial, Partner Success and local market teams to deliver joined-up work.
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience in B2B brand marketing, ideally within a marketplace, technology, Saa S, beauty, hospitality or partner-led business.
- A strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, propositions and messaging, with the ability to turn strategy into effective marketing activity.
- Experience developing integrated B2B campaigns across paid, owned, earned and offline channels.
- Proven experience building ambassador, advocacy, influencer or community programmes.
- Experience delivering events, activations or trade shows, ideally across multiple European markets.
- A strong storyteller who can turn products, partner experiences and industry insight into clear, compelling narratives.
- A performance mindset, with experience using data, testing and audience insight to optimise content and campaigns.
- An experimental approach and genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging tools can improve marketing effectiveness.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to move confidently between long-term strategy and hands-on delivery.
- Experience working with creative teams and agencies to develop distinctive, high-quality work.
- Confidence working across markets, functions and seniority levels, bringing people together around a shared direction.
- Commercial judgement and an understanding of how brand marketing can support acquisition, engagement, retention and long-term business growth.
You’ll thrive here if
- You’re as comfortable writing a proposition as you are delivering a trade show.
- You understand that the strongest B2B brands are built through people, proof and community, not corporate language.
- You want to make B2B marketing feel as creatively ambitious as consumer marketing.
- You spot the story inside a product feature, partner success or industry shift.
- You’re proactive, collaborative and comfortable building new programmes from the ground up.
- You balance bold ideas with sharp execution and measurable outcomes.
