Treats is a fashion and lifestyle brand built around self-expression, elevated essentials, and playful personalisation. We create pieces that feel considered but never overdone, designed to be worn, styled, gifted, and made your own.
We're a fast-growing, founder-led business with big ambitions, a strong visual identity, and a highly engaged community, now entering our next phase of growth.
We're looking for a CRM & E-commerce Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of Treats' customer journey and online performance. This is a commercially minded, hands-on role for someone who enjoys blending data, creativity, and execution. You'll play a key role in driving customer retention through CRM, improving onsite conversion and merchandising, and supporting digital activity across the wider marketing mix.
You'll work closely with Brand, Creative, Customer Experience, and Operations teams, as well as coordinate with freelance web developers and paid media partners, to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, performance is tracked, and every digital touchpoint feels unmistakably Treats.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
- Work closely with the internal team to deliver engaging, on-brand email content (copy, imagery, layout).
- Build and manage customer segmentation, and run A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, timing, and formats.
- Maintain, optimise, and expand automated CRM flows (e.g. welcome, abandoned browse/cart, post-purchase, replenishment) using platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue per send), turning insights into clear, practical actions.
- Support loyalty, referral, and repeat-purchase initiatives to help grow customer lifetime value.
- Manage and update onsite content, product listings, collections, and merchandising within Shopify, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Support the execution of product launches, drops, and seasonal campaigns onsite.
- Monitor key e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, sessions) and suggest CRO and UX improvements where appropriate.
- Coordinate with freelance web developers and Shopify partners to brief, manage, and QA site updates and improvements.
- Ensure all onsite touchpoints reflect Treats' visual identity, tone of voice, and best-in-class user experience.
- Analyse e-commerce performance using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and internal reporting.
- Support Brand Manager with paid media activity by coordinating with our freelance partners (Meta / Google) as needed.
- Assist with asset coordination, and alignment across paid, CRM, and onsite activity.
- Ensure paid campaigns align with wider brand campaigns, launches, and messaging.
- Strong understanding of CRM and e-commerce platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify or similar).
- Comfortable working with data and reporting on performance to inform decisions.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with an interest in customer behaviour and conversion.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for copy, design, and brand consistency.
- Confident coordinating with freelancers and external partners.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passionate about fashion, digital trends, and customer experience.
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as the brand scales.
