Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and creatively driven Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house team, supporting both Marketing and Design functions. This role will play a key part in bringing the Treats brand to life across all channels; from campaign creative and social content to compelling product storytelling. Blending strong graphic design fundamentals with an illustration-led approach, you will create engaging, distinctive and on-brand visuals that resonate with our audience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative across paid media, social, email and web. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and evolving the visual identity of Treats, ensuring consistency while continuously pushing creative boundaries to elevate how the brand shows up at every touchpoint.

Key Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Deliver elevated, high-quality creative across all marketing channels
  • Lead the design execution of campaign roll outs, product launches and weekly trading activity
  • Create high-performing paid media assets across Meta and Google, balancing performance with a strong brand alignment
  • Create visually engaging email campaigns, including automated flows
  • Implement and optimise website creative to support launches and ongoing trading activity
  • Edit video content for both organic and paid channels, including Instagram and TikTok
  • Develop scalable design templates to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Partner closely with marketing to deliver commercially driven, conversion-focused creatives
  • Champion and evolve the brand’s visual identity, maintaining a premium aesthetic throughout
  • Apply performance insights from the marketing team to continuously test and elevate creative output
  • Contribute original, forward-thinking concepts that enhance campaigns and day-to-day creative
  • Stay up to date with fashion and digital design trends

Key Design Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics, prints and artwork for apparel and accessories across seasonal collections
  • Develop placement graphics, repeats and patterns aligned to silhouette and fabric
  • Translate brand direction into commercially viable graphic concepts
  • Design and develop branded packaging, including dustbags, boxes, swing tags and labels
  • Ensure packaging aligns with product, collection storytelling and overall brand identity
  • Prepare artwork and dielines for production, reviewing samples for quality and accuracy
  • Prepare production-ready files and liaise with suppliers to ensure correct execution
  • Review samples and provide clear feedback on graphics and print
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across product and packaging
  • Manage multiple projects to meet seasonal deadlines
