This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the embroidery and personalisation of our products, helping us create beautifully finished, bespoke pieces for our customers.
You don't need to have worked in embroidery before. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in creative, hands-on work, an excellent eye for detail and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
We'll provide the training needed to operate our embroidery equipment and develop your skills. What matters most is your attitude, organisation and commitment to producing work to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities
Embroidery & Personalisation

- Prepare and artwork customer personalisation files ready for embroidery, ensuring designs, lettering and layouts are correctly formatted for production.
- Personalise products in line with customer orders and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all embroidery is accurate, including spelling, placement, colours and overall finish.
- Prepare garments and materials for embroidery, ensuring they are handled carefully.
- Complete quality checks on all personalised products before dispatch.
- Identify and resolve basic embroidery or machine issues, escalating where necessary.
Order Management & Organisation
- Manage the daily workflow of personalised orders, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Prioritise workloads in line with dispatch deadlines and business requirements.
- Keep clear and accurate records of completed orders, issues and production progress.
- Work closely with the Warehouse and Customer Experience teams to resolve any order queries.
- Maintain an organised, clean and efficient embroidery workspace.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Take pride in producing consistently high-quality personalised products.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and quality.
- Support the testing of new embroidery designs, techniques and personalisation options.
- Help develop and document clear processes as our personalisation offering grows.
- Support wider warehouse and operational tasks when required.
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
- Creative and practical: You enjoy hands-on activities and have an interest in making, crafting, fashion or design.
- Detail-oriented: You naturally notice the little things and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Organised: You're comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines.
- A quick learner: You're enthusiastic about learning new skills, equipment and technology.
- Patient and methodical: You're happy working on detailed tasks that require care, accuracy and consistency.
- Reliable and proactive: You take ownership of your work and can manage your time independently.
- A team player: You're happy working collaboratively in a busy warehouse environment.

- Experience with sewing, embroidery, textiles or garment production.
- Experience in a creative, craft, personalisation or production environment.
