TREAT-NMD is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual for a part-time hybrid role as Business Support Coordinator. The position is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with opportunities to work from home on a flexible basis. This role will involve providing administrative assistance, supporting business process improvement, managing communications, and delivering exceptional customer support. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings
- Taking and sharing minutes
- Drafting reports
- Maintaining records
- Liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders
Location: Hybrid
Reports to: Chief Financial & Business Services Officer (CFSO)
Employment Type: Part time, 2-3 Days per week considered - full time hours are 37 per week
Salary Range: £30,000 Pro-Rata

Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and business process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
- Proficient in administrative assistance tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and report preparation
- Demonstrable ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaborative tools
- Experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sector is desirable
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Project Coordination, or a related field is advantageous
