Role Description: TREAT-NMD is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual for a part-time hybrid role as Business Support Coordinator. The position is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with opportunities to work from home on a flexible basis. This role will involve providing administrative assistance, supporting business process improvement, managing communications, and delivering exceptional customer support. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling meetings, taking and sharing minutes, drafting reports, maintaining records, and liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Position Details:

  • Location: Hybrid
  • Reports to: Chief Financial & Business Services Officer (CFSO)
  • Employment Type: Part time, 2-3 Days per week considered - full time hours are 37 per week
  • Salary Range: £30,000 Pro-Rata
  • Line Management: None

Qualifications:
