At Treat Kitchen, we create eye-catching food gifts featuring confectionery and chocolate as well as gingerbread and baking kits. Our products can be found in major retailers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Next and Moonpig and in 21 countries overseas.
We are looking for a tenacious, results-driven B2B Sales Executive to help us take our feel-good products into even more independent retailers, entertainment venues, and small businesses across the UK — and ensure customers are buying from us all year round, not just at Christmas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes sales – someone who thrives on targets, loves building relationships, and is always hungry for the next win. If you’ve got the energy, confidence, and determination to open doors and grow accounts, this is your chance to make a real impact in a business packed with personality and purpose.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with independent retailers, visitor attractions, cinemas, theatres, food halls, garden centres, and other SMEs.
- Actively generating new leads, making confident sales calls, attending meetings, and managing the full sales process from pitch to close.
- Developing tailored sales proposals and commercial plans based on customer insight and Treat Kitchen’s product strategy.
- Managing and growing your own sales pipeline, with regular follow-ups and strong attention to detail.
- Playing a key role in our corporate gifting offer, contributing to strategy and supporting product development.
- Representing Treat Kitchen at trade shows and industry events with professionalism and enthusiasm.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has several years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or a commercial environment.
- Is target-driven, ambitious, and thrives on hitting KPIs and winning business.
- Loves the buzz of sales and brings energy, positivity, and tenacity to everything they do.
- Communicates with confidence – whether face to face, over the phone, or by email – and builds rapport quickly.
- Is commercially savvy and comfortable working with pricing, margin, and P&L basics.
- Brings a passion for food, retail, and helping small businesses grow.
- Experience in gifting sales would be a bonus.
- Has full UK Drivers Licence.
Why join Treat Kitchen?
We’re a vibrant, values-led brand based in Nottingham, on a mission to make food gifting fun, thoughtful, and impactful. You’ll join a friendly, ambitious team with plenty of room to grow, in a role that offers real autonomy, variety, and progression. We’ll support you with training, and all the tools you need to succeed – all we ask is that you bring the drive. If you’re passionate about sales, love to chase results, and want to help grow a business that does good and feels good – we’d love to hear from you.
