The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially astute, operationally rigorous Commercial Director who will act as the most senior in-country position in our UK operations. The Commercial Director will act as a leader, growth-minded and compliant, in the running of a CQC-registered telehealth clinic at a pivotal stage of its evolution. This is not a market expansion or site-scaling role. This is about building and actively running a high-performing clinical throughput engine in a regulated telehealth environment - where marketing, clinical delivery, and medical operations operate in tight alignment, and every prescribing flow is audit-ready, efficient, and commercially sustainable.
The clinic has recently been acquired by a highly successful international telehealth group. This role has full accountability for stabilising, rebuilding, and optimising the UK operation - ensuring compliant growth, operational discipline, and sustainable profitability. If you thrive in regulated environments, enjoy owning the full commercial and operational picture, and operate with a strong commercial bias, this role offers real authority and impact.
Why This Role Is Different
- True in-country leadership: You will be the most senior representative in the UK, accountable for performance end-to-end.
