Senior Relationship Manager The Senior Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our existing client relationships. 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a relationship management or sales role ~ Excellent relationship management skills, influencing partners for mutual growth ~ Ensure all of your clients receive outstanding service and support, leading to high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention. Identify and seize opportunities to increase the amount of AUM and/or introduce additional products and services Organise and participate in client meetings, dinners, lunches, and social events to strengthen relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their financial needs and goals. Actively solicit and act upon client feedback to continually improve our services and address any concerns promptly, maintaining a client-first approach. Provide clients with valuable market insights and strategic recommendations that align with their financial objectives, demonstrating expertise and commitment to their success. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for strategic planning and reporting purposes.
