TreasurySpring is the product of an obsession with fixing the fundamental structural problems in money markets. Our fascination with the sector began painfully, during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, where we had a front-row seat to watch the evaporation of liquidity in fixed income and the near collapse of the entire short-dated funding markets. We have been on a mission to help deliver more sustainable solutions for the money markets ever since, and we launched TreasurySpring in 2018 to offer institutional clients a single gateway to the broadest range of the best risk-adjusted cash investment options. As a fast-growing London-based financial technology company, we deliver a unique solution to a global multi-trillion-dollar problem, delivered globally from our offices in London and New York. Our regulated Fixed-Term Fund platform delivers new digital pipelines to connect cash-rich firms to institutional borrowers. Clients include large Private Equity funds, Asset Managers, listed Corporates, high-growth tech companies and many more.

The Senior Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our existing client relationships. They are the primary point of contact for clients that have been onboarded onto the platform and have invested money into FTFs. They ensure satisfaction and loyalty by fostering strong connections through regular interactions including business lunches, dinners, and social engagements. The purpose of this role is to simultaneously free up the sales team to originate new business, whilst identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to meet client needs, working closely with sales and technology, to deliver positive outcomes for TreasurySpring.

What we’re looking for:

  • +5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a relationship management or sales role
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship management skills, influencing partners for mutual growth
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a track record of delivering results
  • Experience with UK large corporates

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure all of your clients receive outstanding service and support, leading to high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to increase the amount of AUM and/or introduce additional products and services
  • Upselling Currency Conversion
  • Organise and participate in client meetings, dinners, lunches, and social events to strengthen relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their financial needs and goals.
  • Actively solicit and act upon client feedback to continually improve our services and address any concerns promptly, maintaining a client-first approach.
  • Provide clients with valuable market insights and strategic recommendations that align with their financial objectives, demonstrating expertise and commitment to their success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for strategic planning and reporting purposes.
