TreasurySpring is the product of an obsession with fixing the fundamental structural problems in money markets. Our fascination with the sector began painfully, during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, where we had a front-row seat to watch the evaporation of liquidity in fixed income and the near collapse of the entire short-dated funding markets. We have been on a mission to help deliver more sustainable solutions for the money markets ever since, and we launched TreasurySpring in 2018 to offer institutional clients a single gateway to the broadest range of the best risk-adjusted cash investment options. As a fast-growing London-based financial technology company, we deliver a unique solution to a global multi-trillion-dollar problem, delivered globally from our offices in London and New York. Our regulated Fixed-Term Fund platform delivers new digital pipelines to connect cash-rich firms to institutional borrowers. Clients include large Private Equity funds, Asset Managers, listed Corporates, high-growth tech companies and many more.

The role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented events professional to join our marketing team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least six years’ relevant experience to play a key role in planning and delivering marketing events globally. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional in-person and virtual experiences that bring the TreasurySpring brand to life, engage our audience, and support our sales function with high-quality leads.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage and work with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Event planning: Own the end-to-end delivery of TreasurySpring events, including but not limited to conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and hospitality dinners and events. Maintain and manage the events calendar to ensure effective planning and scheduling.

  • Budget management: Manage event budgets, track expenditure, and process invoices.
  • Communications planning: Work closely with campaigns, digital and design teams to develop event content and communications to drive MQLs and enhance engagement.
  • Developing thought leadership event content (via panels and webinars): Owning and understanding the narrative of the event and linking this back to the content.
  • Performance analysis: Maintain accurate records and reporting for ROI impact and to drive continuous improvement.
