TreasurySpring is the product of an obsession with fixing the fundamental structural problems in money markets. Our fascination with the sector began painfully, during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, where we had a front-row seat to watch the evaporation of liquidity in fixed income and the near collapse of the entire short-dated funding markets. Since then, we have been on a mission to help deliver more sustainable solutions for the money markets. Launched in 2018, TreasurySpring provides institutional clients with a single gateway to the broadest range of best-in-class, risk-adjusted cash investment options. We are a fast-growing, London-based financial technology company, operating globally from offices in London and New York, addressing a multi-trillion-dollar market opportunity. Our regulated Fixed-Term Fund platform creates new digital pipelines connecting cash-rich institutions with institutional borrowers. Our clients include large Private Equity funds, Asset Managers, listed Corporates, high-growth technology companies and other sophisticated institutions.
The role involves reporting directly to the Head of Sales and working in partnership and coordination with the rest of the global sales team. You will be expected to help set the European sales strategy and execution, working closely with other senior stakeholders across Partnerships, Marketing, Operations and Capital Markets, to deliver results. You will play a critical role in scaling TreasurySpring’s presence across key European markets, having ideally covered those clients in your past career. You will demonstrate a strong focus on corporate treasury teams, financial institutions and other alternative managers (especially in the Netherlands and Luxembourg), and understand their treasury methodology, processes and structure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and execute the European sales strategy, aligned with overall commercial objectives and AUM growth targets for the region.
- Drive new client acquisition across Europe, focusing on institutional corporates, asset managers and alternative investment firms.
- Build, manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, converting prospects into long-term, recurring clients.
- Develop and deepen senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on cash investment and liquidity solutions.
- Lead complex sales processes from initial engagement, bringing senior stakeholders at TreasurySpring into the conversation if applicable.
- Continue to oversee the sales process until go-live, working closely with Operations and Client Services to achieve results.
- Partner with the Head of Sales on forecasting, target-setting and performance reporting across the European region.
- Contribute to the development of pricing, product positioning and go-to-market strategy, feeding frequent client insight back into Capital Markets, Product and Leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Partnerships to identify and execute referral and distribution opportunities across Europe, working with TreasurySpring’s key strategic partners.
- Represent TreasurySpring at industry events, conferences and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and market credibility.
- Act as a senior ambassador for TreasurySpring’s culture, values and non-negotiables in all client and partner interactions.
What we offer includes a competitive salary, a generous equity, salary-based quadrimester and yearly discretionary sales bonus scheme, unlimited paid leave, a hybrid office-working model, enhanced parental leave and pay, workplace pension, complete Bupa HealthCare cover, life insurance, income protection insurance, access to Yulife (Employee Assistance Programme), remote office set-up budget, and a cycle to work scheme.
