Our fascination with the sector began painfully, during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, where we had a front-row seat to watch the evaporation of liquidity in fixed income and the near collapse of the entire short-dated funding markets. Since then, we have been on a mission to help deliver more sustainable solutions for the money markets. Launched in 2018, TreasurySpring provides institutional clients with a single gateway to the broadest range of best-in-class, risk-adjusted cash investment options. We are a fast-growing, London-based financial technology company, operating globally from offices in London and New York, addressing a multi-trillion-dollar market opportunity. Our regulated Fixed-Term Fund platform creates new digital pipelines connecting cash-rich institutions with institutional borrowers. Our clients include large Private Equity funds, Asset Managers, listed Corporates, high-growth technology companies and other sophisticated institutions.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and working in partnership and co-ordination with the rest of the global sales team, you will be expected to help set the European sales strategy and execution. You’ll be working closely with other senior stakeholders across Partnerships, Marketing, Operations and Capital Markets, to deliver results.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong focus on corporate treasury teams, financial institutions and other alternative managers (especially in the Netherlands and Luxembourg), and be able to understand their treasury methodology, processes and structure. Your role is to identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, accelerate and convert new opportunities, and push new opportunities through the sales funnel, as quickly as possible.

This is a senior, client-facing commercial role, responsible for driving new business opportunities using your existing network as well as prospecting through traditional and less traditional methods. Success will be measured on growing Assets Under Management (AUM), and deepening strategic client relationships across new onboardings, activations and cross selling the TreasurySpring offering.

TreasurySpring is registered for sales in the Benelux region and the successful candidate will be expected to focus their sales efforts in these locations mainly, but be able to service clients in other locations such as Switzerland and the Nordic regions, which are under consideration for future expansion opportunities.

This role combines hands-on origination, strategic account leadership, and team collaboration, and is suited to a commercially driven individual who thrives in a scaling fintech environment.

  • Own and execute the European sales strategy, aligned with overall commercial objectives and AUM growth targets for the region.
  • Drive new client acquisition across Europe, with a focus on institutional corporates, asset managers and alternative investment firms.
  • Build, manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, converting prospects into long-term, recurring clients.
  • Lead complex sales processes from initial engagement, bringing senior stakeholders at TreasurySpring into the conversation if applicable.
  • Continue to oversee the sales process until go-live, working closely with Operations and Client Services to achieve results.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales on forecasting, target-setting and performance reporting across the European region.
  • Represent TreasurySpring at industry events, conferences and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and market credibility.
  • Act as a senior ambassador for TreasurySpring’s culture, values and non-negotiables in all client and partner interactions.

Competitive salary, a generous equity, salary-based quadrimister (every 4 months) and annual sales bonus scheme, unlimited paid leave, hybrid office-working model - we're in a great location near Green Park station in London, enhanced parental leave and pay, workplace pension, Bupa Dental Cover (Level 5), life insurance, access to Yulife (Employee Assistance Programme), remote office set-up budget, cycle to work scheme.
