This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board. TreasurySpring is the product of an obsession with fixing the fundamental structural problems in money markets. Our fascination with the sector began painfully, during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, where we had a front-row seat to watch the evaporation of liquidity in fixed income and the near collapse of the entire short-dated funding markets. We have been on a mission to help deliver more sustainable solutions for the money markets ever since, and we launched TreasurySpring in 2018 to offer institutional clients a single gateway to the broadest range of the best risk-adjusted cash investment options. As a fast-growing London-based financial technology company, we deliver a unique solution to a global multi-trillion-dollar problem, delivered globally from our offices in London and New York. Our regulated Fixed-Term Fund platform delivers new digital pipelines to connect cash-rich firms to institutional borrowers. Clients include large Private Equity funds, Asset Managers, listed Corporates, high-growth tech companies and many more.

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Global Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing function. This is a strategic role for a high-growth, B2B fintech scale-up, where you'll define and execute the global marketing strategy to support expansion, brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. You will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts globally - including digital marketing, content and thought leadership, PR, global website strategy, events and conferences, and regional campaign planning. The role demands both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, capital markets, or financial services.
  • Proven success in international marketing leadership roles, with deep understanding of US, EMEA, and APAC markets.
  • Experience marketing to institutional finance audiences: corporates, asset managers, hedge funds, banks.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, performance tracking, and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling messaging and technical content.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.
  • A healthy mix of confidence and humility – a decision-maker who trusts their judgement but thrives on learning from others who have deep subject-matter expertise.

Desirable skills

  • Deep understanding of capital markets and cash/repo workflows.
  • Experience in launching or growing new market operations (US, Middle East, Asia).
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and explaining complex products to non-technical audiences.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business goals and geographical expansion (from the UK/Europe to US, Switzerland, Middle East, Asia).
  • Build and manage a high-performing, scalable marketing team (currently 7).
  • Own Marketing OKRs and budget.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, product, and client teams to align on messaging and market positioning.
  • Own and evolve the global brand, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Manage the global website and drive digital marketing across channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, PPC, and partner programs.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including PR and media engagement, positioning TreasurySpring as a thought leader in the cash and liquidity management space.
  • Plan and manage the firm’s presence at global industry events, client conferences, webinars, and sponsored forums.
