TreasurySpring is the product of an obsession with fixing the fundamental structural problems in money markets. Our fascination with the sector began painfully, during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, where we had a front-row seat to watch the evaporation of liquidity in fixed income and the near collapse of the entire short-dated funding markets. We have been on a mission to help deliver more sustainable solutions for the money markets ever since, and we launched TreasurySpring in 2018 to offer institutional clients a single gateway to the broadest range of the best risk-adjusted cash investment options. As a fast-growing financial technology company, we deliver a unique solution to a multi-trillion-dollar problem, delivered globally from our offices in London and New York.

The Campaign Manager will add valuable firepower to our marketing team and support an exciting period of growth for TreasurySpring. They will work with the Marketing Lead to enhance and coordinate multi-channel campaigns that deliver qualified leads, nurture prospects, and reinforce TreasurySpring’s brand presence across key segments and geographies. They will bring a considered and data-driven approach to campaign planning, as well as real enthusiasm for crafting strong persona-centric narratives and storytelling. With TreasurySpring scaling rapidly, we are looking for a self-starter who is outcome-oriented and ready to get stuck in. This role will manage a Marketing Analyst and report to the Marketing Lead.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth business and/or finance or fintech business
  • Exceptional written communicator with experience leveraging AI to write consistent and engaging content in a variety of formats
  • Project/stakeholder management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance creativity with commercial focus
  • Data-driven approach with an understanding of CRM (Hubspot), pipeline and campaign metrics

Bonus:

  • Exposure to visual media or storytelling across multimedia formats like video, animation or podcasting
  • Exposure to digital marketing and experience working in LinkedIn Ads Manager (particularly an understanding of formats/objectives), a CMS and Hubspot Marketing Hub (emails, forms and workflows)

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign management
    • Plan, manage, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns, nurturing leads from MQL through to client.
    • Set objectives and KPIs for each campaign to meet the needs of the business in collaboration with the commercial team.
    • Work with the marketing, sales, RM and product teams to develop compelling narratives, messaging pillars and proof points to effectively meet objectives.
    • Develop comprehensive creative direction for our design team and manage the production of campaign-specific asset libraries.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, including our legal team, to gain the required approvals for campaigns.
    • Work closely with the digital team to ensure the implementation of the campaign within agreed deadlines, and explore new channels and opportunities to reach our core audiences.
    • Support campaign reporting and performance tracking.
  2. Content creation
    • Work closely with the Marketing Lead to proactively identify new opportunities for content development and continually refine and improve the content strategy.
    • Translate product and market insight into targeted, high-quality content with a strong narrative that reinforces our brand and core value proposition.
    • Maximise value from existing and future content, events, and partnerships.
    • Draft emails, website and landing page content, social media content and paid LinkedIn ad copy.
  3. Management
    • Support the professional development of the Marketing Analyst through clear structure and mentorship.
