About the role

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and drive the EMEA sales strategy for our Global Premium division. Reporting to the GM Sales & Marketing - International and leading a high-performing team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering commercial excellence through strong partnerships, strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead the long-term sales strategy and customer planning across EMEA
  • Drive best-in-class commercial execution, aligned to brand and category priorities
  • Partner with marketing, finance and global teams to build robust commercial plans
  • Deliver against key performance targets including NSR, GP, EBITS and forecasting accuracy
  • Build capability, engagement and performance within a dynamic sales team

About you

You’re a commercially savvy sales leader with deep strategic and customer expertise, a passion for people, and a track record of delivering results in complex, multi-market environments. You thrive on leading high-performing teams and shaping commercial outcomes that drive long-term business growth. You are passionate about executing a measurable sales strategy and winning in store with our shoppers and consumers.

  • 10+ years in senior sales roles with strategic account ownership
  • Proven experience leading sales teams to deliver winning instore plans
  • Demonstrated confident decision maker that leverages global operating model for the benefit of local teams and customer base
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with sharp negotiation skills
  • Skilled at driving strategy, change, and performance in dynamic markets
  • Confident communicator, coach and cross-functional collaborator
