Overview

As Product Manager, you will help shape the Portfolio & Brand strategy to accelerate regional growth. You’ll lead end-to-end NPD development and branded launches, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll track performance, recommend remedial actions, and support the Europe/EMEA portfolio plan to ensure the right products meet consumer needs. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced environment, driving market-ready solutions across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage end-to-end development and launch of Branded NPD & New Brands
  • Support execution of launches for key strategic NPD projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure NPD meets consumer and customer needs across markets in the region
  • Track and report performance with remedial action recommendations
  • Support delivery of EMEA’s NPD pipeline ensuring adequate idea generation and value delivery
  • Identify white space opportunities across multiple countries and develop sell-in strategies
  • Monitor in-market performance and report progress to leadership
  • Contribute to Europe Portfolio Strategy with 24-month horizon inputs/outputs aligned with category/brand/customer strategies

Key requirements

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a branded/consumer-facing company (FMCG/Consumer/Shopper/Insights/Agency/Event Management/Sponsorship etc.)
  • Strong experience planning and delivering marketing-related activity
  • Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to maximise impact
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Resilience to work under pressure and at pace
  • Team player with rigorous and thorough planning
  • Ability to mine customer, consumer and shopper insights
