Overview
In this role you lead high-impact NPD and strategic supply projects across the EMEA region, translating priorities into executable plans. You work with Commercial, Marketing and Supply teams to ensure alignment, feasibility, and timely delivery. You drive governance and manage risks across a diverse project portfolio in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will deliver measurable business impact through improved cost, efficiency, service, or capability. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of NPD initiatives from concept to market launch
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing and Supply teams to align prioritisation, strategy, timelines, feasibility and execution
- Drive disciplined project governance, with proactive management of risks, dependencies and trade-offs
- Ensure NPD projects meet time, cost, quality and service targets
- Lead a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional projects supporting transformation and operational optimisation
- Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans with defined milestones and outcomes
- Drive delivery across complex stakeholder groups with alignment and momentum
- Embed a results-driven approach with measurable business impact (cost, efficiency, service, capability)
- Establish governance frameworks and transparency on progress, risks and decisions
- Identify and resolve barriers to execution and escalate as needed
- Leverage tools and technology (e.g., Power BI, project tracking systems) to enhance visibility
- Contribute to building a high-performing project delivery culture
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Project Management Qualification (Prince2 or Agile)
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in supply chain, FMCG or similar
- Strong track record in NPD delivery and/or supply chain transformation
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong project leadership and delivery focus
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to translate strategy into execution in a structured, pragmatic way
- High level of commercial and operational awareness
